The stunning 488 Pista spider features Ferrari's most powerful V8 engine to date, which was firstly displayed at the Geneva Motor Show in 2018.

The car is painted in the infamous Ferrari color Rosso Corsa, with a charming Blue Pozzi stripe running across the vehicle.

The word Pista means racetrack in Italian, and that name fits this car perfectly, because Ferrari´s aim with the Pista was to make it lighter, faster, and more powerful than the standard 488, which they succeeded in doing very well.

Additionally, the engine of the 488 was upgraded with new camshafts, stronger pistons, a bigger intercooler, titanium connecting rods, and Inconel exhaust manifolds from the Challenge model were added to the 488 which helped it produce an astounding 711 HP at 8,000 rpm, which is 51 more horsepower than the GTB version of the 488.

The exterior was modified which led to a 20% increase in downforce, while gear shifts were reduced by 30 milliseconds.

And if that weren't enough, they were able to decrease the weight by 90 kg by employing carbon fiber and Alcantara.

Overall, these changes caused the car's top speed to rise by 12 km/h and its acceleration time to fall by 0.3 seconds from 0-100 Km/H.

This specific version Is the spider body, which blends all the racing tech and attitude of the Pista coupe with an open-air supercar driving experience. The open top doesn’t sacrifice the cars incredible mechanical performance either.

The car was delivered to Denmark from new to one of the biggest Ferrari collectors.
