Lamborghini

Jarama S

History

The Jarama model was the last Lamborghini to be created under the leadership of founder Ferruccio Lamborghini, and it was his personal favorite: He suggested the Jarama was the perfect combination of sportiness and usability. In terms of design the Jarama followed up on the radical design language that Lamborghini had introduced with the larger Espada and its sharp edges became a trademark for all following Lamborghinis.

This specific car is from 1973 and was sold from new in the USA. This was the first year of the improved and strengthened "S" model, which with 365 horsepower from the 4-litre V12-engine certainly is not lacking in power. During its lifetime the car has had six different owners, and after extensive restoration of body and interior this Jarama S is in completely original specifications and showing just over 9,000 miles on the odometer.

It looks the part, drives strong and sounds musical. With only 152 S-models built this is a rare piece of Lamborghini history worthy of a new connoisseur owner.
